What's Worse?

What's worse than having to box everything you own and move it to somewhere else . . .

Having to box everything you own and move it to somewhere else when you have to take care of two sick little girls!

It has been a challanging few days. I'll be so glad when it's all over.

Oops

I recommend going down to the bottom of todays posts and looking at them from the bottom up. The order of the pictures got all messed up. Then you can start with what you would see when you first walk in the door.

I didn't take pictures of everyroom. I think bedroom pictures are pretty boaring. There is a total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms and a two car garage that is attached to the house. It is a huge house. God is so good. What a blessing it will be. The crazy thing is...it is financially benificial for us to buy this house.

Thanks for all your comments. It encourages me to post more often. Keep 'em coming!

This is the view from the upstairs sliding glass doors. The house sits on 2.5 acres. There is a stream that runs down at the bottom on the hill straight ahead.

This is the view from the sliding glass doors (downstairs).

This is a view from one of the downstairs windows.

This is the HUGE unfinished room in the basement.

This is the "small" unfinished room in the basement. I say "small" because it's only small compared to the other masive unfinished room.

Elizabeth dances in the downstairs livingroom. I told her "This is where we are going to be living." She said "Ooooooh, gooooood" in her squeely girly voice and a big smile on her face. It was so cute.

If you a stand at the bottom of the stairs this is what you would see.

At the bottom of the stairs if you look right this is what you see.

If you are standing at the bottom of the stairs and look to the left this is what you see.

I'm not sure what this is supposed to be. It's kind of wierd. It is on the other end of the closet. The master bath is to the right.

The master bedroom closet...wait that's not all!

The rest of the master bedroom closet!

Another view of the kitchen

Morgan has already learned to climb the first step.

Oh yeah, I'll have this mastered in no time!

The bottom of the staircase.

That is the circular staircase.

House in Southfield

When you walk in the front door this is what you see. If you turn to the left there is another doorway and room. If you turn to the right there is another doorway with a room that has a fireplace in it.

Technical Difficulties

A day in the life
Sorry I can't post the pictures yet. I'm having problems with my computer and the program that I post the pictures with. This has happened before and it usually takes a couple of days to fix.

Morgan's third tooth has pocked through. It is the tooth to the right (if you are looking at her) of her front tooth. That is going to look funny when it comes all the way out.

Goodbye Dearborn. . . Hello Southfield

We went and looked at the house we will be moving to the end of this month. We need to get appliances for it but other than that it's ready to move in to. I started preparing for the move today. I am so grateful for my mother-in-law that is coming Jan 25th to help us. I took some pictures of the house I will post when I get a chance.

Hans has desided to potty train Elizabeth. I'll keep you posted on his progress.

Gotta go. Hans is ready to hang out with me.

This is Elizabeths famous "Chesse" face. I remember well when Aliyah had the same face.

Elizabeth strolls her ball around

This picture of Morgan reminds me Lanaya's baby picture

Yes it really is 5 pounds of chocolate!

We asked Aunt Mel if there was anything we could get her at the store. She said maybe a chocolate bar. When we say this we couldn't resist.

This was the doggie that Elizabeth fell in love with at Aunt Carolyns.

Daddy is getting Morgan when Elizabeth desided to join in on the fun. This was at my Aunt Carolyns. We spent a few days there after Christmas and had a very relaxing time. It was great. Thanks again to Uncle Butch and Aunt Carolyn!

Elizabeth gives Morgan a ride in her new stroller (yes it is a doll stroller)

Christmas family pic

New sweat suit

Stickers! Hans and I often say "we parents" when we find a sticker in the most unusual places (shoes, purse, shirt, pant leg, but mostly the bottom of our sock)

It took a while for Elizabeth to be convinced that her speghetti ball was okay to touch. Once she realized that she loved it.

Elizabeth loves her new stroller

If you look closely you can see Aunt Mels new jewelry

Elizabeth shows off her lamb blanket

I think this is so sweet!

Time to open Presents

She loves to see herself so we got her a princess mirror

She's getting better at standing while holding onto the couch.

Ho Ho Ho Merry Christmas

My little beauty!

Sweet girls. Elizabeth is giving her sissy her nightly bottle

She is really starting to get in to EVERYTHING! Everything ground level anyway!

Hello

Elizabeth also likes to work with daddy. I just have to thank God when I think about Elizabeth crying for her daddy with her arms out as he had to leave for work. God is so good to have given us the ability to have Hans quit his job. Thank You Jesus!

Believe it or not that actually is Aunt Mel in there. I tried to talk her into not going out like that but she wouldn't take my advice.

Morgan loves to eat!

Hans suprised me with this beautiful bouquet. He took the vase I got for a wedding present to the flourist and had them arrange it. It's only the second or third time I've ever got to use it because it is so huge. That was so thoughtful!
