This is one of the many cool sights at the Southfield Library. Elizabeth loves to go there.
Our attempt at getting a family picture. This is a side of Morgan you don't get to see very often.
We finally got a half way desent shot with the help of grandpa dancing behind grandma holding the camera.
It's amazing how a few days ago it was hard for me to visualize what it would be like to have three kids. Now it's hard to imagine life without my sweet little Haley. The night before last she gave us a big scare. We were in bed not quite asleep yet and we heard her spit up and then struggle to breath. Both Hans and I jump up to see what was going on. She wasn't breathing well at all and she was throwing her head back kind of spastic. It looked almost like she was having a seizer. Very scary. My tiny little babies life flashed before my eyes! We didn't get much sleep that night. Every time Haley's breathing would change we would have to make sure she was okay. We thank God for giving us Haley and for protecting her. Now when I hear her cry I'm reminded that at least she's breathing and I thank God!
Elizabeth loves to play with sissy. She'll tell Haley "I'll be back to play with you later" before she leaves her to go do something else.
12:00 I had decided I wasn't going to expect to have the baby today. After a day and a half of strong contractions that would come and go I was emotionally wore out of thinking about "this might be the real thing". So to fill my day Elizabeth and I started making a double batch of bannana bread. During that time the contractions started up again. I didn't pay to much attention. However, when they were consistently coming every five minutes and the presure I was feeling had changed I was pretty sure we were going to have another baby soon. While the bannana bread finished cooking I made the phone calls to the birth center, doc, etc. Leesa came and got the girls...and as soon as the bannana bread was done we were off to the birth center.
